What is your least favourite thing about your home?

I just wrote an article asking what your favourite thing about your home is? With most of us being stuck at home and spending more time actually living in our houses, I'm sure that like me, you've noticed a few things that perhaps you hadn't noticed before...

The more I sit at home the more the little things that weren't such a big issue are now starting to bother me. That being said, what greater time to take a step back and objectively look at the things in your home which are really bugging you, because more than likely this will be something that a prospective buyer/tenant will also be put off by.

Let me know in the comment section on the our Facebook what you have discovered you like the least about your home, and, if possible, we will give you tips and tricks on how it could be rectified and/or turned into a positive.

"I NEED a new kitchen" seems to be a fairly common one, so here's my first free tip!
Most experts consider the Kitchen to be the most valuable room to a property. It is worth the most per sq foot and can really make the difference when trying to swing a buyer. Firstly, why not considering changing your cabinets if your kitchen is looking a little dated. This is much cheaper than replacing the whole kitchen, and if done correctly, paired with a fresh lick of paint can be just as effective.

As summer draws closer, it’s important to shift our focus onto our kerb appeal instead of just the interior of our homes. The good thing is, you can do all of this on a budget and whenever you’re ready to sell your property.
